Abstract

This comprehensive article delves into the foundational principles of cognitive psychology, which illuminate the processes of perception, memory, and decision-making. It further examines the intricate interplay between emotions and the brain, shedding light on the neural mechanisms that underpin affective experiences. Social psychology is explored to uncover the dynamics of human interaction, including phenomena like conformity, prejudice, and altruism. The biological foundations of psychology are investigated through neuropsychology and behavioral genetics, revealing the complex interplay between genetics, brain structure, and behavior.
